General conditions and important information

• Capacity: 15 people + Extra bed / cots
• Arrival and departure times:
  • Weekends: Check-in 6pm / Check-out before 6pm
  • A whole week: Check-in 6pm / Check-out before 6pm
• Deposit: (returned within a maximum of 48 hours after departure)
  • €300 (weekends)
  • €400 (for more than 2 nights)
• Accessibility: Ground floor adapted for wheelchair users. Rampa available on prior notice.
• Reserve: 25% in advance by transfer. Balance on arrival.
• Animals: Pets are allowed for an additional charge. You must bring their own blanket to use on sofas and beds. The owner is responsible for any damage.

Rules and Recommendations

Activities and parties

• No parties allowed without prior notice.
• Confetti and glitter are not allowed, neither inside nor outside the house.
• The decoration is welcome, but must be withdrawn upon completion of the stay.
• Cake candles not recommended: they may activate the fire alarm.
• Outdoor music until 11 pm.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the house. There are ashtrays outside.
• Hire to groups of young people is not permitted.

Furniture

• Complete equipment:
  The kitchen, the rooms and the baths they are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
• No is permitted modification nor the introduction of furniture or appliances strangers in the house.
• Do not move antique furniture nor wooden kitchen chairs.
• The furniture cannot be moved.
• If anything needs to be adapted, please consult us first..

Cleaning and maintenance

• Don't leave towels or objects on the lawn or around the swimming pool.
• Don't leave Porch tables and chairs outside at night (there are sprinklers).
• Use the Facility for waste disposal (with waste separation).
• Save on water, electricity, heating and air conditioning.
• Close doors and windows when you leave.

Defects and liability

• The tenant will be responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
• The property no responsibility of loss or damage to personal belongings.

Pets

• Accepted animals, with a supplement. You must bring your own blanket to use on sofas/beds.
• The owners take responsibility of any damage or nuisance caused by the animal.

Serious breaches

• The property reserves the tight of admission.
• Any breach of the rules may result in:
  • Loss of bail.
  • Early termination of stay, without financial compensation.

Incidents and refund of the deposit

• If there is any incident during the stay:
  Please let us know as soon as possible.

  Failing to report a problem or a breach of the rules may affect the return of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation is made with at least 15 days in advance, the deposit is held against a future stay.
• The total payments advanced Non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
