What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 6:00 p.m. and check-out before the 6:00 p.m.
Can I get in earlier or leave later? If you need a different schedule, please get in touch. It will be possible subject to availability and will incur an extra charge.

How can I make a booking and what is the payment system? Reservations are managed personally by email. To confirm your stay, you must make a 25% transfer of the base amount. Once you send us the proof of payment, the date will be reserved exclusively for your group.
When must the balance for the remainder of the stay be settled? The remaining balance, including any additional services, must be settled before entering the farmhouse. For your convenience, we accept credit card, bank transfer or cash. If you have any questions during the process, we will be happy to advise you.

What is the capacity of the farmhouse? The farmhouse is set up to comfortably accommodate 15 people in the main beds. Our aim is to ensure the highest quality and rest for all guests. If your group has specific capacity requirements, please contact us to discuss layout options.
How are the rooms arranged? The farmhouse has 7 main bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms:
- Two bedrooms each with two single beds.
- Four bedrooms each with a double bed.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
Additionally, we have a reserved space which allows for a more flexible and comfortable distribution of breaks according to the group's needs.
Are there shared bathrooms? No, there are no shared bathrooms inside the house to ensure your privacy; each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. In addition, you will find two extra toilets in the outdoor barbecue area for your convenience while you enjoy the garden.

What does the bathroom equipment include? In all private bathrooms you will find shower gel and hairdryer.
Do you provide towels? Yes, we leave a hand towel for the bath and a shower towel per person.
What equipment does the kitchen have? It has a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee machine (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), as well as small electrical appliances and full tableware. We also provide kitchen towels, cleaning products and rubbish bags.
Is the house air-conditioned? Yes, the farmhouse is fully equipped for your comfort all year round. In summer, ceiling fans are provided in every room, and in winter each room has individually adjustable heating. Additionally, the glazed porch is air-conditioned (cooling/heating).

Is the property closed? The estate is situated in a natural environment and has no perimeter fence. However, the area of the the swimming pool is completely closed for child safety.
Is the venue safe? We have perimeter outdoor CCTV cameras for your peace of mind.
Are the facilities exclusive? Yes. The rental includes exclusive use of the swimming pool, barbecue, garden and the entire house.
Are pets allowed? Yes, on prior request and at an extra cost (please remember that the estate has no perimeter fence).

What documentation is required for check-in? It is It is compulsory to present your ID card or passport Original of all persons for the official register of the Mossos d'Esquadra.
Is it compulsory to register children? Yes. If the minor does not have an ID card, we only need their full name, date of birth and gender.
How do you handle my data? We strictly comply with the GDPR. Your data and the images from the outdoor security cameras are handled with total confidentiality.

What does the village of Llagostera offer? In the centre of the village you can enjoy a well-known Outlet Route for your shopping and an excellent one Gastronomic Route with local products.
Are there any facilities and beaches nearby? We are situated in a strategic location where you have the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the farmhouse and all the comforts close at hand. Just 500 metres From the house, you can walk to a bakery for fresh produce every morning, to the pharmacy, to a supermarket, a bazaar, the petrol station or the bus stop. If you fancy a stroll around the centre of the village, just a ten-minute walk away you'll find all kinds of shops and services. And if you'd prefer a swim in the sea, the best beaches of the Costa Brava Tossa, Sant Feliu and Platja d'Aro are only a 15–20-minute drive away.
